But to tell you the truth, it didn't start out this way. I used to suck at business (no, really)! I was so lazer focused on being the best Exercise Physiologist I could be and wondered why my business was growing so damn slowly. I thought my technical skills were all I needed to succeed. Boy, was I wrong!

I had clients cancelling left, right and centre. Moving interstate. Can't afford it. No longer needing rehab. And although I tried telling myself it wasn't my fault - if I was being honest, I knew that some of it was. Which also meant that it was my responsibility to fix it.

I was on the brink of losing it all. Completely overwhelmed. I was looking down the barrel of moving back home with my folks. Things could not have been worse.

But the thought of throwing away the one thing, more than anything in the world, that I wanted to do wasn't an option. I didn't just want to make my own business work - I had to.

So I bit the bullet and hired my first ever business coach (it was a 2 year commitment). And even though I was nervous as hell and definitely didn't feel 'ready', I knew that what I was doing wasn't working.

Something had to change.
